"Tasty Trekker" Tries Tacos
Came across this review of our BBQ Tacos by the Tasty Trekker at NYC Tastes . Complimentary words from bloggers are as valuable to us at 3BROS as reviews from critics, maybe even more so. Bloggers are more likely to be motivated by a passion for food and eating, writing more from the heart and stomach. So please take a look at the blog and of course come in to Three Brothers Barbecue to try our Pulled Pork Tacos!

Bacon Pancakes Anyone?
If anyone is interested, I will be experimenting with Bacon Pancakes at the shop Saturday. A friend sent me this picture of wonderfully simple bacon treat and I feel compelled to try them. Judging by the pancake batter box, the ad is from the 60s. I'll be sampling the concept with regular bacon slices and some of 3BROS proprietary double smoked bacon. The trials will begin around 11 am and results will be posted Monday.

The Fiesty Foodie Weighs In On 3BROS
Check out our latest write up at The Feisty Foodie. Which, by the way, is a great source of info for New York foodies. She was impressed with the quality and quantity of food 3BROS BBQ delivers to its customers. The reality is, my brothers and I modeled our product and portions after our own preferences. So our customers eat like we like to eat, great quality, fair price, and leftovers enough for that late night visit to the fridge.

Pulled Pork Tacos!
A 3BROS BBQ exclusive! Next time you venture down to Three Brothers, try our semi-famous bbq tacos. Inspired by Salvadoran Pupusas with chicharron and curtido that I had eaten at my wife's house, these tacos come with your choice of bbq pulled pork, chopped smoked brisket, smoked pulled chicken or even double smoked bacon. Topped with our homemade cole slaw and chipotle mayo, they can be ordered in hard shells or soft. Of course, if you want we can top them with cheese (requested by my friend Jeff) but trust me, its not necessary.

St Patrick's Day Brisket Special
There are three days left on the 3BROS St. Patrick's Day Brisket special. For those of you who do not subscribe to our email specials (and you should)...each day up until the end of St Patrick's Day, there is a 10% discount on all brisket sandwiches and platters. Just walk in and mention the special to your server to receive your discount. Yes of course that includes corned beef sandwiches. Speaking of which, corned beef is made from brisket...and coleslaw is made from cabbage, so you can actually satisfy the required St Patty's day corned beef and cabbage consumption in a Three Brothers fashion, with a BBQ Brisket Sandwich.
