Pulled Pork Tacos!

A 3BROS BBQ exclusive! Next time you venture down to Three Brothers, try our semi-famous bbq tacos. Inspired by Salvadoran Pupusas with chicharron and curtido that I had eaten at my wife's house, these tacos come with your choice of bbq pulled pork, chopped smoked brisket, smoked pulled chicken or even double smoked bacon. Topped with our homemade cole slaw and chipotle mayo, they can be ordered in hard shells or soft. Of course, if you want we can top them with cheese (requested by my friend Jeff) but trust me, its not necessary.

St Patrick's Day Brisket Special

There are three days left on the 3BROS St. Patrick's Day Brisket special. For those of you who do not subscribe to our email specials (and you should)...each day up until the end of St Patrick's Day, there is a 10% discount on all brisket sandwiches and platters. Just walk in and mention the special to your server to receive your discount. Yes of course that includes corned beef sandwiches. Speaking of which, corned beef is made from brisket...and coleslaw is made from cabbage, so you can actually satisfy the required St Patty's day corned beef and cabbage consumption in a Three Brothers fashion, with a BBQ Brisket Sandwich.
