Bacon Pancakes Anyone?

If anyone is interested, I will be experimenting with Bacon Pancakes at the shop Saturday. A friend sent me this picture of wonderfully simple bacon treat and I feel compelled to try them. Judging by the pancake batter box, the ad is from the 60s. I'll be sampling the concept with regular bacon slices and some of 3BROS proprietary double smoked bacon. The trials will begin around 11 am and results will be posted  Monday.

Which, by the way, is a great source of info for New York foodies.  She was impressed with the quality and quantity of food 3BROS BBQ delivers to its customers. The reality is, my brothers and I modeled our product and portions after our own preferences. So our customers eat like we like to eat, great quality, fair price, and leftovers enough for that late night visit to the fridge.
